All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years to the original purchaser.  The manufacturer’s warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts.

Return Instructions

If you need a return, you must contact our customer service first. we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept a unilateral return service!   You can contact us at info@podofo.com

*NOTE: Please confirm that the product packaging is complete, the product is not damaged, and the appearance does not affect the second sale. Incomplete items may be non-returnable, and if returned items are missing any parts, damaged by the user, you may not be eligible for a refund or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss.

Exchanges Policy

If the received goods are damaged or non-artificial quality problems, you can contact customer service to confirm and apply for a replacement.We will re-ship for you as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide a photo or other proof of the damaged or defective product.

If you buy the mistaken product and need to exchange it, please contact customer service and send it back to our designated warehouse, and we will send you the right one as soon as possible.

About Return and Exchanges' Cost: If your item was received damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace the item or reissue accessories at no cost to you. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss. For Non-defective products like buyer bought the wrong one, the consumer will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know in 2-3 working days if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically get your refund via the same method as purchase payment within 14 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Seller And Buyer Responsibility

PODOFO's Responsibility

When PODOFO sends the wrong goods or the product is damaged during transportation, we will bear the cost of return or exchange.

Customer's Responsibility

Any errors or quality problems caused by the buyer shall bear all return or exchange costs.
